Bill is a retired teacher who taught high school English for 5 years and then worked for IRS in civil enforcement for 30 years, retiring in 2003. He has degrees in English and Psychology and a permanent Michigan teaching certificate. He and his wife, Birute, who worked 30 years for Michigan Department of Corrections, have lived in Charlevoix area (near Castle Farms) since 2003. Bill is involved with the local US Power Squadron, Charlevoix Lions and is treasurer of his condo association.
