Mike has been an employee of BASES since June of 2019. He is a certified alcohol drug counselor (CADC) and has both MDHHS Certified Peer Recovery Coach (CPRC) & CCAR Peer Recovery Coach certifications. He is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), screening, brief intervention and referral to treatment (SBIRT), certified Smart Recovery facilitator. Mike has been clean and sober since 2016 and is active in the recovery community in northwest lower Michigan.
